serve the patient
to help the doctor cure
and forge a new spirit for the patient

This is a loose translation, done without aid of a dictionary. In other words, it is wrong. I did make, later, an attempt at a more-or-less accurate translation, but was not satisfied with it, so I leave this earlier indiscretion.
